Nidhi Ladha is the Founder of Sustainability and Strategy, a boutique ESG advisory firm dedicated to helping companies at various stages of ESG maturity embed sustainability into their core operations and long-term strategy. With over 20 years of professional experience in ESG, climate, and sustainability, Nidhi brings a rare combination of technical depth and strategic insight to her engagements with corporates, multinationals, and development agencies.

She has worked with leading organizations such as KPMG, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), as well as international bodies including the World Bank and UNDP, where she has contributed to shaping sustainability practices, reporting frameworks, and ESG strategies across industries and geographies. 
Nidhi is highly regarded for her expertise in ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC, SDGs), stakeholder engagement, and ESG risk integration into business decision-making. Her work spans ESG assessments, governance setup, regulatory preparedness, strategy development, and capacity building. Through Sustainability and Strategy, Nidhi is driven by a clear vision: to enable companies to transition from ESG awareness to ESG leadership, creating long-term value and trust for all stakeholders.

She holds a Master's in International Affairs from Columbia University, New York, and a B.Tech in Construction Technology from CEPT University, Ahmedabad.
